The thing I love most about my job:

Recruiting is never boring, every requirement is different.  When I get assigned to a new requirement, I learn about the job, and how it impacts the organization.  I like finding the right fit and being able to fill that position.  I also love working here because Prairie is very open and supportive.

  • I'm motivated by:

    People of all ages with a positive mindset and attitude; someone who can see good in a tough situation and have courage/strength with proper planning to come out on top and be successful.


  • One piece of advice when looking for a job:

    Be authentic, know your strengths and weaknesses.  Know what type of employer and position you want and will enjoy.  Focus on opportunities that are a good fit.  Be truthful on your resume, and during the interview.  Be yourself!


  • In my free time you will find me:

    In the summer, you will find me in my backyard garden talking to plants and taking care of them.  On weekends with good weather, you will find me hiking with family and friends.  In the winter, you will find me working on crafts, making jewelry, and baking cookies.
