The thing I love most about my job

I love The Process in finding the right person for a job. I really enjoy the coaching and using my years of experience to help someone be the best that they can be through each step in getting to the offer phase.  I try to understand the challenges the person might be having and helping them to overcome them with advice.

  • I'm motivated by:

    I enjoy being recognized. I like feeling important and needed.  I think this ties in with why I love my job.  People need my help whether it is in finding a job, working through a problem or just  having someone that listens with no judgment.


  • One piece of advice when looking for a job:

    Smile and have good eye contact.  Be confident and don’t ever be afraid to say “I don’t know that answer”.  Don’t be afraid to ask questions.  “Google it”
