Contract - For our clients who require supplemental staffing on a project or short-term basis, Prairie provides highly qualified professionals at very competitive rates. Contract-to-hire - In certain circumstances, a client may want to hire a consultant on a trial basis.   Under this plan, Prairie will submit professionals who are open to the option of full-time employment.   While neither the client nor the consultant is obligated to a permanent situation, both parties understand that, as business needs change, a full-time arrangement may be mutually advantageous.   Our fee schedule is then based upon the client's requirements. Direct Hire - Clients often call upon our expertise to provide candidates for full-time employment.   We are pleased to offer a flexible fee schedule, as well as a 90-day guarantee, for this service.
